Your Data Rights
Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out — your rights under the CCPA, GDPR, and similar laws.
Last updated July 1, 2026
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar state and national laws. PeopleQuickSearch honors these rights regardless of where you live.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information on a listing.
- Deletion — ask us to remove and suppress your record.
- Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information, and you may direct us not to share it.
How to exercise them
The fastest way to remove yourself is our opt-out form. To fix a specific field, use the correction form. For an access request, or any other data-subject request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate your record.
Verification and response
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be charged for a first request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Authorized agents and appeals
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law permits. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and — where applicable — contact your local data-protection authority.
