What is actually free, and for how long?

We are one company, not an agency. Which plan?

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing costs ten months' price for twelve months. For a practice the number of clients is adjusted during the year with proration.

What counts as an active client, for a practice?

A client that is not archived and not on the watchlist. Archive a client when the engagement ends and it stops being billed; its documents stay.

We sell in the United States as well. What does that cost?

Core and Plus cover the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom. The United States is $39 a month on top, whichever plan you are on, and covers both US packs — state privacy rights across the states you confirm, and the tracking rules — however many states apply to you. You are asked before it is added, and removing the regime removes the charge.

How are the EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA priced?

As modules: $5 a month for each active client with the AI Act enabled, and $5 for each with NIS2 or DORA enabled (one security module, charged once when a client has both), on top of the per-client price. Clients without them cost nothing extra.
