We recorded a change to the UK transfer mechanism.
27 September 2026
Zendesk removed its Data Processing Agreement from the accessible location, which included transfer mechanisms for international data transfers such as standard contractual clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and adequacy decisions. The document is no longer available, making it unclear what legal basis Zendesk now relies on for transferring personal data across borders or whether transfer mechanism terms remain in effect.

The contracting legal entity Zendesk, Inc. is no longer visible in the current version of Zendesk's legal documents page, and the full Data Processing Agreement that specified this entity has been removed. This requires updating records that identify the legal entity responsible for data processing and contract obligations.
