Spekit added four subprocessors: Ably Realtime Ltd. for realtime events monitoring, Brandfetch SA for domain-based enrichment, Explo for analytics, and Omni Analytics Inc. for embedded analytics. This means you need to update your subprocessor list and notify affected data subjects if required by your contract.

Spekit updated its legal documents on November 6, 2025 to add a formal definition of "Security Breach" covering accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Data. The definition clarifies how the vendor handles data security incidents and should be reflected in your records of processing and data processing agreements.
