Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken contracts through Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, registered in Sweden. It is registered inside the EEA, so sending personal data to it is not a transfer out of the EEA. Its customer data processing agreement, also called a data processing addendum, is published by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken itself; the link is below. We open those pages every day — last on 22 October 2026 — and a person last went through this record on 10 October 2026.
Reaching Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken is not a transfer out of the EEA: it is registered in Sweden. This is what the record holds for where it sends personal data on, and it is not something we have checked — its sub-processor list is the place to look.

I don't have enough information to write a change note. The detected change shows only a line was added, but the actual content of that line (shown as ".") is not provided, so I cannot identify what specifically changed in the DPA or why it matters for processing records or subprocessor lists.

SEB Bank AS will assume data controller responsibility for Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia operations starting January 1, 2027, with a new privacy policy taking effect on that date. This change requires updating the data processing agreement to reflect the new controller and associated processing terms for these jurisdictions.
