Changes we noticed on RudderStack's own pages, each with the page we saw it on. The vendor does not publish this, and neither does anyone else.
14 October 2026
RudderStack added five new subprocessors: Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, Clickhouse, Snowflake, and Plain. The updated DPA now specifies that these subprocessors process data across regions including the EU, India, and UK, which means customer data may be transferred to countries without EU adequacy decisions.
14 October 2026
RudderStack updated its Data Processing Addendum to include standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as transfer mechanisms for cross-border data flows. This matters because it documents the legal mechanisms RudderStack uses to transfer personal data internationally, which must be recorded in your data processing agreements and subprocessor documentation to demonstrate compliance with GDPR and similar regulations.
7 October 2026
RudderStack removed its Data Processing Addendum that previously included standard contractual clauses and references to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as transfer mechanisms. The vendor's legal documentation no longer specifies how personal data transfers are authorized for international processing.
7 October 2026
The legal entity RudderStack, Inc. no longer appears in the vendor's documentation, and their Data Processing Addendum page has been removed and replaced with a generic error page. This means the contracting entity and the specific processor obligations outlined in their DPA are no longer available for verification in your subprocessor list and data processing agreement records.
2 October 2026
We recorded a change to the sub-processor list link.
1 October 2026
RudderStack removed a "Book a demo" link from their data processing agreement document.
27 September 2026
We recorded a change to the UK transfer mechanism.
