Where is Ramp's DPA?

Is Ramp's DPA the same thing as a data processing addendum?

Yes. A data processing agreement and a data processing addendum are two names for the document Article 28 of the GDPR requires between a controller and a processor; vendors use both, and some call it processor terms. What it has to contain does not change with the name. Ramp's is at https://ramp.com/legal/customer-terms/services-terms/dpa.

Where is Ramp's sub-processor list?

At https://trust.ramp.com. Ramp names the list in its trust centre and hands it over on request rather than publishing it, so the names are not visible until you ask. We last opened that address on 31 October 2026.

Which legal entity does Ramp contract through?

Ramp Business Corporation, registered in United States. That is the name to put in a record of processing or a sub-processor list, not the brand.

What covers a transfer of personal data to Ramp outside the EEA?

Standard contractual clauses (SCC). Contract terms adopted by the European Commission that the vendor signs to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA. Usually part of the vendor's DPA. Whether that is enough for a particular processing operation is a judgement for the controller.
