Plausible added detailed audit rights requiring at least 30 days' notice, limiting audits to once yearly unless required by supervisory authorities, and clarifying that hosting provider facilities are covered by their own controls. Plausible also expanded its confidentiality commitment to specify that persons authorized to process visitor data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under statutory obligation, and made available information to demonstrate Article 28 GDPR compliance through documentation and written answers.
