The vendor company name changed from GBD Consulting and Services Private Limited to Southern Vector Limited, and payment processing changed from Ireland-based Stripe Payments Europe and PayPal to New Zealand-based Stripe New Zealand Limited, with Google and AI service providers' contracting entities updated to match the New Zealand account jurisdiction.

Southern Vector Limited, a New Zealand company, has replaced GBD Software as a Service Private Limited Company (previously a Hungarian entity) as the processor for MillionVerifier, and the DPA has been updated to reflect this change of provider and Southern Vector's assumption of processor obligations. The agreement now references the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and related New Zealand privacy concepts instead of GDPR, and includes specific restrictions on Southern Vector's use of cached data (limited to seven days) and prohibitions on using customer data for direct marketing or building pers
