Changes we noticed on Frontegg's own pages, each with the page we saw it on. The vendor does not publish this, and neither does anyone else.

Frontegg's data processing addendum document is no longer accessible, and the document previously referenced standard contractual clauses as the transfer mechanism for personal data to third countries. The unavailability of this DPA means there is currently no documented transfer mechanism in place and the standard contractual clauses are no longer mentioned in accessible vendor documentation.

The legal entity's data processing addendum page is no longer accessible, so you'll need to update your records with the current contracting entity information and verify which Frontegg legal entity (Ltd. or Inc.) is now responsible for data processing obligations. This affects your subprocessor list and data processing agreement documentation if either entity has changed or if the agreement terms have been updated.

Frontegg added Anthropic and DevRev as subprocessors. Anthropic provides LLM inference and AI assistance services, while DevRev's role is listed without description; these additions should be documented in your subprocessor list and your records of processing.
