Which legal entity does Canva contract through?

What covers a transfer of personal data to Canva outside the EEA?

Standard contractual clauses (SCC). Contract terms adopted by the European Commission that the vendor signs to protect personal data transferred outside the EEA. Usually part of the vendor's DPA. Whether that is enough for a particular processing operation is a judgement for the controller.
