Bugsnag updated their Standard Contractual Clauses definition to include processor-to-processor module options, reflecting that customers may act as data processors on behalf of third-party controllers. The update also clarifies that customers must authorize Bugsnag as a subprocessor when processing data for third parties and bear responsibility for communicating between Bugsnag and those third-party controllers.
