What the law asks
With five or more employees, write down your health and safety policy, with who does what and how, keep it revised, and bring it and any revision to the notice of all employees.
Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 s.2(3); SI 1975/1584Make a suitable and sufficient assessment of the risks to your employees and others, and review it when it may no longer be valid. With five or more employees, record the significant findings and any group especially at risk.
